Security interest

We provide transactional advice in the process of establishing collaterals and offer support in preparing and negotiating pledge documentation with respect to equity instruments, bank accounts’ receivables or assets. We support our clients in the process of establishing a mortgage, from preparing the documentation to registration. We also assist in structuring security arrangements such as security assignments, fiduciary transfer of title or suretyship. We also advise on other forms of security, including non-standard, and provide services in the process of release of security upon completion of a transaction, drafting and negotiating release letters and representing clients before the registry court.
