Plastipak Packaging

Advising Plastipak Packaging in connection with a cross-broader acquisition of APPE Group concerning plastic packaging manufacturing and warehousing facilities located in major European countries (including Poland). Work included particularly conducting relevant due diligence, advising on the decision-making process regarding the acquisition, structuring the transaction, preparing transaction documents, and legal advice with regard to post-closing matters related to the acquisition.

The value of the aforementioned acquisition amounted to EUR 360 milion.

HCL America / HCL Sweden AB / HCL Technologies Ltd

Advising HCL America in an international transaction concerning the acquisition of Volvo Information Technology AB’s IT-business. Engaged in the due diligence and advice in relation to structuring the transaction and preparation of documents transferring an organized part of Volvo’s enterprise in Poland to HCL. The total value of the international transaction being in excess of USD 1.75 billion, and is one of the largest transactions signed by any Indian IT company.

Griffin Group

Advising Griffin Group, a private equity fund, inter alia with respect to transactions relating to the acquisition of the office complexes: Nordic Park, Philips House and Batory Building, located in Warsaw. The value of the aforementioned acquisitions amounted to PLN 710 million.
