- Designing the optimal legal structure of the transaction, taking into consideration tax aspects;
- Preparing the due diligence investigation necessary to obtain financing;
- Drafting and negotiating complete loan documentation, also based on the LMA standard;
- Providing support on structures involving SPVs, parallel debt structure, or functions such as security agent or project monitor;
- Issuing legal opinions relating to transactions, including capacity and LVB opinions;
