Green Fridays
Every summer, Piotr Kochański has made Fridays green in our office. They are full of delicious, healthy, crunchy vegetables, freshly picked from the gardens in Kępiaste. The veggies are fresh and organic, still fragrant with sunshine or sprinkled with warm summer rain.
Try our freshly pickled cucumbers with oak leaves, squash and yellow beans. Treat yourself to small pattypan squash, sweet beetroot, crisp lettuce and juicy onions that tingle your tongue.
And so it goes on throughout the sunny summer. Every year.
