Crisis Management & Public Affairs

Public Affairs is not just about ad hoc activities but above all building and maintaining relationships between the enterprise and opinion leaders (including the regulatory environment), and active participation in legislative processes. The basis for such a relationship is a transparent and long-lasting communication, and the objective is to shape public opinion and the positions reported to regulatory and legislative bodies on such regulations and system solutions that may be of strategic importance to the business of the enterprise.

The basis for effective Public Affairs activities is proper monitoring and the analysis of procedures and internal processes within the enterprise as well as of the market in which such enterprise operates – both in respect of a particular problem and above all people and organizations that should be involved in the change process.

These activities are complementary to the entire Compliance process for the enterprise.
