We’ve been awarded the EcoVadis silver medal
ESG is one of the key areas around which we will build our corporate identity and competitive edge in the coming years. This is why issues related to sustainability, environmental and climate protection, corporate governance and fair management are top priorities for us. But we want to do it wisely, rationally and systematically.
To lead by example, to set high standards, to share our know-how with clients, contractors, employees and partners, and to learn from the best. And to consistently improve every aspect of our business.
To do this, we need objective confirmation that we are on the right track, and that the principles and values we profess are no longer just a philosophy, but specific goals and measurable results. Because this is what produces concrete results.
That’s why we took part in the EcoVadis audit. And today we know that although we are highly placed, we still have a lot to do. And we know where we need to focus our attention.
We are one of only 100,000 businesses from all over the world
And one of the few Polish law firms that, in order to demonstrate its commitment to responsible and sustainable business, have had the courage to undergo a very detailed scrutiny of their non-financial activities.
The results of the audit, in which we participated for the first time, are very optimistic. We ranked among the 11% of the highest-scoring businesses, and this high rating is confirmed by the award of the silver medal.

EcoVadis rating
EcoVadis is an international specialist research agency and a trusted provider of corporate sustainability ratings, having to date audited more than 100,000 businesses from around the world.
The EcoVadis audit determines how successfully an audited business has integrated sustainable development and CSR principles into its operations and management.
The assessment process takes into account 21 sustainable development criteria centred on four thematic areas:
- Environment
- Labour and human rights
- Ethics
- Sustainable supply chains
The criteria for the audit are based on international sustainable development standards, such as: the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, the standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the ISO 26000 standard.
“From our point of view, it is not only the SILVER medal that is important, although this is certainly a measurable result of the assessment of our activities. An important part of the EcoVadis audit is the information on the areas that need further work and strengthening. We have always set ourselves the goal of continuous development and striving for excellence, which is why we take the obtained recommendations for further sustainable activities to heart and will implement them consistently,” adds Monika Wojciechowska, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
What ESG means in our day-to-day business
Although we are not formally subject to any legal non-financial reporting requirements, we have for many years set ourselves ambitious goals for responsible business conduct to maximise the positive impact we have on our social and business environment.
As a reminder, we recently joined the UN Global Compact, an international initiative to promote and support the development of sustainable business. We also signed the Diversity Charter.
We conducted a series of internal trainings and meetings on environmental protection, protection against corruption, harassment and discrimination. We also support activities to develop an inclusive organisational culture.
