Piotr is an expert in technology, IP and media law, dispute resolution and arbitration, leading multijurisdictional cases and transactions for global clients in Poland and Central Europe.

He specializes in industrial property transfer, IP financing and protection, civil and commercial litigation, investment arbitration, corporate and asset finance.

Piotr has over 37 years’ experience in advising and representing clients from the TMT, FMCG, infrastructure, energy, heavy industries, defence, banking and finance, real estate, and life science sectors.

During the crucial period of Poland’s transformation in the 1990s, he led precedent-setting cases and business projects, including privatizations, greenfield investments and technology transfers.

In addition to his day-to-day work as Managing Partner, he is also responsible for championing innovation in client service, new products, and project management. He is a pioneer in applying AI in business. Involved in ESG initiatives, he consistently promotes the idea of sustainable business.
