Disputes

We provide comprehensive legal assistance in any disputes that may arise between the entities involved in the project. We help contractors identify and notify the investor or the Contract Engineer of additional cost claims and claims for extension of time, and help investors in assessing the claims submitted by contractors.

We represent the project participants in all court proceedings relating to the execution of the project. We also support our clients when they use alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.
