Our lawyers represent clients in procedures for obtaining the regulatory decisions/permits required by law to implement the project, such as environmental, construction, occupancy permits, etc. We also examine finished projects for compliance with the law. We review the decisions and permits issued by administrative agencies for compliance with the law and recommend ways to use legal remedies. Where a decision/permit is challenged, we represent our clients in the relevant procedures before administrative agencies, administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.
