We advise both employers and contractors on all aspects of public procurement.
When acting for contractors, we help them identify and properly interpret the Terms of Reference and prepare a bid that meets the requirements set forth therein. We monitor the actions of public employers for compliance with public procurement law and show the available remedies to contractors. Our lawyers represent clients in their relations with the employer and in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal or common courts in cases concerning complaints against decisions of the National Chamber of Appeal.
When representing employers, we assist them in all phases of the public procurement process: from assistance in drafting the Terms of Reference and conducting the process, to defending the employer’s decision before the National Chamber of Appeal.
