Contracts

We draft and negotiate the full range of contracts related to the project. Our lawyers offer the expertise necessary to prepare construction contracts (also based on FIDIC standard conditions of contract), design contracts, Contract Engineer contracts, concession agreements and/or supply agreements.

We assist in the formation of joint ventures, SPVs, consortia and other structures for the purposes of the project.
We advise on project finance issues, including third-party guarantees and other collaterals. We assist our clients in preparing and executing financing projects using state aid or European funding, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects.

We also counsel clients in the contract performance phase. Should there be any obstacles to carrying out the project, we help clients find a solution to minimize delay in the completion of the project. We represent our clients in their relations with other entities involved in the project: the investor, the Contract Engineer, the contractor or subcontractors.
