EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards | We are shortlisted in the ‘Law Firm of the Year’ category
On 25 September, the shortlist for this year’s 13th EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards was unveiled. In the ranking, which recognises the most outstanding businesses, projects, transactions, investors and individual professionals operating in the CEE real estate market, we are shortlisted for, among other things:
- Advising Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych on the strategic acquisition of land for the construction of a state-of-the-art banknote printing and security paper facility
- Assisting the Savills Group in its acquisition of Knight Frank’s property management division, which also earned us a nomination in the 2022 CEE Deals of The Year Awards
- Our consistent work on projects related to the energy transition of buildings, green construction and the promotion of sustainability in the real estate industry
- Actively supporting real estate owners in becoming climate neutral in line with the ‘Fit for 55’ package, which comes into force in 2024
By shortlisting us, the jury has recognised the phenomenal work our real estate team has done over the past year, successfully assisting clients with even the most extensive and challenging projects.
With only the strongest players and most ambitious investments and projects making it to the final, we expect the competition to be fierce.
The winners will be announced on 26 October at a gala ceremony, which this year will take place in hybrid form.
