Malwina Jagiełło

Malwina specialises in delivering legal services to real estate entities. She advises clients on real estate purchase & sale transactions, in particular involving commercial real estate (shopping malls, office buildings, hotels and warehouse spaces). In her professional career to date, she has been involved in the largest and most high-profile real estate projects, including the purchase of a portfolio of office buildings located in the largest cities in Poland and several dozen hotels in Central and Eastern Europe.
Malwina has participated in a variety of real estate and investment due diligence projects. Her expertise also extends to advising on the commercialisation of office space and delivering legal services at the stage of concluding lease agreements on both the lessor and lessee side. She has also worked on real estate development, joint venture and real estate financing projects.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Malwina worked for Polish law firms specialising in real estate law and as an in-house lawyer in an international real estate development company. She also gained experience in a leading law firm in the UK.
