Our Real Estate Practice is unstoppable! Following our recent nomination in the EuropaProperty CEE Investment Awards in the “Law Firm of the Year” category we have just received a further recognition. The Eurobuild Awards is one of the most important rankings in the real estate industry and we have been nominated for Law Firm of the Year, Poland.

Our aim is to be the best legal partner for any real estate project.
We advise on all stages of real estate transactions, from legal due diligence, through acquisition, investment and construction, to commercialisation and sale.
We carry out PRS (Private Rented Sector) projects, classic sales transactions, forward deals and transactions related to alternative real estate refinancing (e.g. sale and leaseback).
We arrange appropriate investment insurance, draft and negotiate leases, including green lease clauses.
We actively support property owners in their efforts to achieve carbon neutrality in accordance with the ‘Fit for 55’ package, which comes into force in 2024, and consistently implement projects related to the energy transformation of buildings and to green building.
We are one of the main promoters of sustainability in our sector.
Paweł Cholewiński‘s team actively participates in the activities of industry associations, including the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, the Polish Association of Developers and the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate. It conducts training courses and webinars, and the texts and comments of our experts are published and quoted in opinion-forming media.
The value of transactions handled by our Real Estate Practice team exceeds PLN 2 billion
In the coming days the ranking jury will evaluate our activity in the period from July 2022 to June 2023.
And the figures and statistics speak for themselves. The value of transactions carried out and lease agreements negotiated and signed amounts to more than two billion PLN.
This is because we have supported the ambitious projects of our clients such as Savills, Panattoni, Reckitt Benckiser and Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych (Polish Security Printing Works).
We therefore hope that our involvement will translate into high marks for the panel of experts who will soon select the winning firm in the Law Firm of the Year, Poland category.
