2024 ITR World Tax Ranking | We are recognised in the Transfer Pricing category
The business environment, including the tax and legal environment, of any company operating in today’s world is often referred to as VUCA.
VUCA is an acronym made up of the first letters of English words denoting a high level of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
The concept of VUCA requires companies not only to keep a close eye on their business environment, but also to interpret the phenomena they observe correctly, and to be flexible and respond accordingly.
And since the tax system is undoubtedly one of those business environment elements, the knowledge of which determines the proper and stable functioning of any company, our recent accolades in the 2024 ITR World Tax ranking are the best proof that we are high up in the world of VUCA.
2024 ITR World Tax for Kochański & Partners
The latest edition of the ITR World Tax ranking has brought further accolades for our tax team in the General Corporate Tax category.
For the first time, we have been recommended in the Transfer Pricing category, which is doubly gratifying given our recent intensive projects in this area, including tax breakfasts and numerous publications.
Our entire tax team has worked hard and methodically to achieve these excellent results.
There has been a lot going on in the area of tax over the last 12 months. We have assisted clients with numerous M&A transactions, expansion into new markets, remuneration structuring, WHT, PIT and excise duty issues.
We have also produced a number of detailed tax analyses and issued a major publication on the taxation of cryptocurrencies and NFTs, and challenges in the Metaverse.
There is more excitement in store for us in the near future. We are about to meet the experts who have received individual recommendations from the analysts of the 2024 ITR World Tax ranking.
As a reminder, last year’s winners were Agata Dziwisz-Moshe and Andrzej Malec. Will there be other winners this year? We’ll find out soon enough.
