• Conducting court and arbitration proceedings in connection with unfair use of trademarks, as well as Internet domain names and meta-tags, and other modern marketing forms
• Monitoring the market and the activities of the client’s contractors regarding their compliance with competition law, analyzing the client’s chances of obtaining compensation in connection with the private enforcement of competition law
