In the past year, Marek has been involved in a number of complex, including international, arbitration cases, representing in particular Aasted ApS, a world-renowned Danish manufacturer of machinery for the confectionery industry, Perfect Gym Solutions and Honwood Services Ltd. He has also served as an arbitrator, e.g. in the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce and the Lewiatan Confederation.
