In 2022, the international IFLR1000 ranking recognised our lawyers and three of our practices
Banking, Project development and M&A are the areas for which we were recognised by IFLR1000 in 2022. The prestigious title of “Notable practitioner” was once again awarded to Rafał Rapala – Partner and Head of the Corporate Practice and Shareholder Conflicts, and a leading industry expert and advisor on multifaceted and demanding legal and business projects.
Banking experts and finance specialists
In May 2002, the first part of the ranking distinguished the leading law firms specializing in the field of banking and finance. Our team was ranked in the Banking category for yet another year in a row.
The jury recognised the specialist knowledge and expertise of our team in providing regulatory advice on issues such as:

In July, the IFLR1000 identified the leading law firms advising on Project development: Power and Project development: Infrastructure.
These areas are strategic for us and the recommendation for the Energy, Natural Resources and Chemicals practice in Project development: Power is an objective acknowledgement of both the market position and the potential of our lawyers.
In this category we were recognised for projects in areas such as:

M&A
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is another strategic area of our business. We have one of the leading teams in the market, with this position again being confirmed by twin recommendations from the IFLR1000 and Legal 500 EMEA rankings, published in August 2022.
Our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, advises on complex, multi-stage international and cross border projects. We serve investors, banks and financial institutions, and private equity funds.
