Rafał advises clients on many aspects of corporate law, corporate ownership conflicts, joint ventures, ownership, financial and property restructuring involving numerous parties. He is one of the leading Polish lawyers in corporate and M&A, JVA projects, equity capital markets, private equity transactions, and in the restructuring projects of capital groups.
Rafał specialises in complex, high-profile public and private equity offerings and M&A transactions (including tender offers for the sale of shares), JVAs, as well as in general corporate practice, including advising on corporate governance matters. He has extensive experience in advising and leading international teams of lawyers providing advisory services to companies, financial institutions, or private equity investors.
