Kochański & Partners Master Academy

“Kochański & Partners Master Academy” is a comprehensive project supporting law students and young lawyers in shaping their professional career path in a mature way, by developing self-awareness, and improving leadership and teamwork skills.

It consists of a series of workshops, meetings, training sessions, lectures and webinars, where participants will have the chance to learn about our areas of activity and some of the projects carried out by our firm, learn how we work and solve specific problems together, and take a look at how our law firm operates in the competitive and demanding business client services market.

We work with those who change the world for the better. We find the rules

We look forward to meeting you
What can you do with us?

Working with us will give you the opportunity to gain experience in a modern, open law firm under the guidance of leading professionals in a wide variety of legal fields.

We will properly teach you the basics of legal work. Because we know very well from our own interns that good practices and habits learned from the beginning accelerate and positively influence further development.

You will be entrusted with tasks such as:

  • Handling cases and projects
  • Drafting powers of attorney, legal opinions, pleadings, analyses and memoranda.

And as we highly value your inquisitiveness and willingness to broaden your knowledge, we will work together on legal research.

What is it like to work at Kochański & Partners?

You will do your internship among experienced and vibrant young lawyers, in a close-knit and cheerful team that is always willing to help you and will strongly support your development.

We will try to accommodate your internship to fit in with your university schedule, but we need you present for a minimum of 24 hours per week.

We will give you an internship salary and the necessary equipment: a company phone, laptop and your own workspace.

We value work-life balance, so you are welcome to participate in all our initiatives such as company meetings and charity projects. We have our own sports teams, so you will certainly find an activity you enjoy for any free time you might have!

You can also take advantage of our non-wage benefits programme, including a Multisport card and conversations with a British native speaker.

And there’s something else we value. An ongoing relationship, which is why we place such a strong emphasis on career development.

How to join us?

If you would like to become part of our team, keep an eye on the current announcements on our website, under the KARIERA tab.

You can also apply directly by simply replying to the general ad.

What is our recruitment process like?

You’ll first have an interview with a lawyer or specialist in the relevant area of law and one of the members of our HR team.

After this interview, there will be a short English test – just to check your language skills. You’ll also be given a case study to solve.

That’s all there is to it! Once you pass these stages, we’ll be happy to welcome you on board.

Who are we looking for?

Internships are open to 4th and 5th year law students and graduates.

Junior students in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of law are also invited to participate in recruitment processes for administrative positions, which offer the opportunity of permanent cooperation with us and the possibility of advancement to the position of intern.
