Marek Jeżewski is a specialist in international arbitration, in particular investment arbitration, and the Head of the Dispute Resolution Practices Group.
Marek represents clients in investment arbitration disputes under different sets of rules, including ICSID, UNCITRAL, SCC, ICC, Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and others. For many years, he has been recommended in dispute resolution and arbitration by the most prestigious international directories.
Marek will discuss a range of topics, including:

Markiyan Malskyy is a partner in the International Disputes Practice, dealing primarily with international disputes. He is also the Head of our Ukrainian Desk and the Honorary Consul of Austria to Lviv. In 2019, Markiyan was appointed by the President of Ukraine to serve as the Governor of the Lviv Oblast. He has extensive experience in resolving corporate, contractual, sale/services, real estate, construction and post-M&A disputes. He has been involved in the resolution of over 300 disputes.
Markiyan will discuss a variety of topics, including:
