International Taxation in CEE – Agata’s speaking appearance
Agata Dziwisz was a speaker at the 11th Annual “International Taxation in CEE” conference.
This event covered a broad range of taxation matters across the CEE region, taking into account the wave of new measures which have to be handled by tax professionals, including new documentation requirements, audits by tax authorities and new tax and transfer pricing related legislation.
Agata is co-hosted her speaking slot jointly with Bartjan Zoetmulder, Tax Partner at Dutch Loyens & Loeff law firm. In her presentation, Agata covered the recent revision of the Poland – Netherlands tax treaty and its impact on various investment structures, most notably the ones that involve real estate assets.
