Weronika Magdziak-Śliwa

Weronika Magdziak-Śliwa is a member of the Litigation Practice. She has many years of extensive and unique experience in representing individuals and corporations before common courts of all instances and law enforcement bodies. Weronika specialises in civil law disputes (in particular, concerning claims arising out of foreign currency credit and loan agreements), representing the largest entities of the banking sector. She is involved in coordinating a team of specialists dedicated to handling claims under foreign currency credit agreements, loans and compensatory benefits.
She has participated in the development and implementation of a business strategy concerning claims for compensatory benefits brought to a major commercial bank in Poland. Weronika has also worked on the development of a litigation strategy concerning claims under foreign currency credit agreements for the largest Polish bank.
