Piotr Szymański

From the beginning of his professional career, Piotr has worked with law firms specialising in delivering legal assistance to large companies, in particular litigation advisory.
Piotr has many years of experience in dealing with construction disputes and infrastructure investments, including those under public procurement law. He has advised a Polish branch (LLC) of a leading U.S. corporation delivering consulting and engineering services to the infrastructure sector, and has also provided litigation assistance to a branch of a French company offering engineering and design services as well as managing and supervising construction sites.
Piotr currently specialises in civil law disputes, in particular those related to the banking and financial sector. He represents some of the largest Polish banks in claims arising from foreign currency credit and loan agreements, and also participates in the development of litigation and business strategies.

Education: Piotr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok.
