Olena specializes in providing legal support for international projects, public procurement in Ukraine and dispute resolution, primarily in the international arbitration court.
She has experience in civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings in Ukraine.
She provides consultations and develops step-by-step projects for foreign businesses to enter the Ukrainian market, provides legal support for activities and representation in legal relations with state and regulatory authorities.
Before working at Kochański & Partners, Olena was the head of the Dnipro legal aid center within the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, which serves to ensure the availability of legal assistance to all citizens in the territory of Ukraine.
Drawing on her experience, she advises in projects related to the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
