Real Estate Practice at Kochański & Partners has been highlighted in the current Law Firm Ranking of daily Rzeczpospolita. The transaction under which Redefine Properties Limited acquired a 75% shareholding in Echo Prime Properties B.V. from Echo Investment S.A. has been distinguished by the jury in “Leading Transactions in 2016 – Real Estate” category. The value of the transaction was PLN 5.3 billion. Kochanski & Partners advised Redefine Properties Limited based in the RSA, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
