Krzysztof specialises in commercial, consumer, marketing and intellectual property law.
He has many years of experience in trade, e-commerce and distribution law. He develops and negotiates commercial contracts, including those constituting the basis of supply chains (e.g. retail chains), distribution agreements (franchise systems and selective distribution systems), logistics, licensing and marketing agreements.
He deals with matters related to consumer law and unfair competition, in particular connected with advertising and product labelling, price presentation, greenwashing, protection of know-how and business secrets.
He advises on projects concerning the creation and operation of online shops, sales platforms and websites. He develops terms and rules for sales, promotions, contests and loyalty programmes.
He represents clients in court disputes pertaining to advertising and the performance of contracts, as well as in proceedings conducted by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in cases concerning consumer issues and payment congestion.
His clients include market leaders from the retail, FMCG, food, chemical, cosmetics, electronics, media and automotive sectors.
