Katarzyna specialises in providing ongoing tax advice with a particular emphasis on PIT and CIT, including WHT and transfer pricing issues. She co-develops tax opinions, drafts appeals and complaints, and supports clients in obtaining individual interpretations.

She advises on international settlement planning, determining tax residency, and implements related obligations for entrepreneurs and employees, also preparing annual tax returns.

In the field of transfer pricing, she carries out projects involving the drafting of relevant documentation (including comparative data analyses), and verifies the correctness of intra-group settlement models, as well as represents clients in proceedings related to obtaining APAs and tax audits.

Katarzyna participates in due diligence investigations and tax audits, focusing on the identification of risk, and verification of an accounts compliance with the applicable tax legislation. She advises clients on the correct settlement of the sugar and alcohol levy.

She has authored numerous academic articles, mainly on the analysis of the effectiveness of bankruptcy and restructuring law in EU countries.
