Jan specialises in dispute resolution connected with claims arising from loan agreements and mortgages granted in foreign currencies, particularly in Swiss francs.
He represents banks before courts of all instances, and participates in the development and implementation of their litigation strategies.
Jan is also experienced in corporate disputes and bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
He has authored numerous publications on the jurisprudence of indexed and denominated Loans.
