Jan specializes in tax law. He deals with indirect taxes (VAT, customs and excise) and correlations between tax law and new technologies, in particular blockchain technology.

In addition, he has experience in real estate investment projects, public-private partnerships and administrative proceedings.

Among his clients are companies from the IT, banking and finance sectors.

He combines his daily work with his academic interests in the area of financial law, particularly corporate taxation and the implementation of new technologies into various legal and economic sectors.

He has also co-authored numerous scientific publications and actively participates in both international and national conferences.
