Dmytro specialises in civil and commercial litigation, cross-border disputes and arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of Polish arbitration courts.

Dmytro has experience in proceedings concerning restructuring law, cases of excessive delays in payments in commercial transactions and acts of unfair competition, having also been involved in corporate due diligence processes.

Dmytro advises both at the pre-litigation stage of disputes and during proceedings before common courts and arbitration tribunals. He is experienced in handling infrastructure disputes between contracting authorities and contractors, financial disputes between businesses and consumers, and disputes involving entities from the aviation, TMT and FMCG sectors.

His areas of interest include international arbitration and various aspects of commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Dmytro worked in a public prosecutor’s office and in international law firms (White & Case and Schönherr).

Languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian.

Membership: Warsaw Bar Association, ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, AFM below 40, Institute for Transnational Arbitration.
