Dmytro specialises in litigation, including cases involving the protection of personal rights, where he assisted in a matter related to the protection of personal rights for one of the largest global social networking sites. He also supports the Arbitration Practice in international disputes, mainly concerning contracts and construction law and deals with cases involving Swiss franc loans and low down payment insurance.
Dmytro is interested in civil procedure and commercial law and has experience in commercial disputes, including those related to construction projects, contracts, disputes between shareholders, and between shareholders and the company.
Prior to joining K&P, he worked in prestigious international and Polish law firms and the public prosecutor’s office.
