Daria Matyja

Daria is the head of the HR team. She is responsible for planning career paths within the organisation, defining employment strategies and developing the skills of people working with the Firm. She is involved in information policy, internal communication, and human resources marketing and is building a pro-efficiency organisational culture.

She has a wealth of experience from her many years with consulting companies and high profile headhunters.

Daria has successfully led large teams, and has conducted training courses for professionals and managers such as “Time Management” and “Active Listening”. She has also been involved in the implementation of periodic appraisals, promotion paths and KPIs in organisations, as well as strategic consultancy for managers and directors.

She actively uses her expertise as an internal coach and mentor for senior staff members and Partners (Executive Coaching).

Daria is a member of the Career Support Centre of the Woman in Law Foundation, whose mission is to provide coaching support to recent law graduates and those at the beginning of their careers.
