Artur specialises in civil law disputes, in particular related to the banking and financial sectors, concerning claims arising from foreign currency loans and foreign-currency-indexed loans. In his practice to date, Artur has dealt with dozens of civil proceedings involving stationes fisci and state-owned companies. Artur also has experience in providing legal services to companies, including handling corporate disputes and disputes arising from shareholders’ claims
In addition to his legal education, Artur has practical knowledge and skills in financial mathematics, the time value of money, analysis and valuation of debt instruments and derivatives, financial analysis, enterprise valuation, as well as techniques and rules of stock exchange quotation.
Before joining Kochański & Partners, Artur worked with law firms such as BBK Battara Bartoszek Kuliński and Tomczak & Partnerzy, and also with General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland.
