Arthur specialises in civil law disputes. He represents financial institutions in proceedings arising from foreign currency loan agreements and foreign currency indexed loans.
He is experienced in providing companies with day-to-day legal advice, as well as in the area of corporate disputes, including shareholder claims.
In addition to his legal background, Artur has practical knowledge and skills in financial mathematics, time value of money, analysis and valuation of debt instruments and derivatives, financial analysis and valuation of companies, and stock market listing techniques and principles.
Before joining Kochański & Partners, he worked at the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Poland.
