Aleksandra specialises in advising on energy projects, in particular those involving renewable energy sources, hydrogen and biomethane.

She has experience in the implementation of PV projects (including agroPV) and offshore wind farm projects, as well as advising companies in the battery and waste industry. She has conducted due diligence on RES projects and has been part of an ESG team assisting obliged companies with reporting preparation and providing training on compliance with sustainability standards.

Aleksandra specialises in regulatory and contractual advice and leading transactional processes involving the development of sustainable investments in the renewable energy sector, and works on innovative hydrogen and biomethane projects. She supports Polish and foreign clients in the structuring of contracts and negotiations related to the energy market. Aleksandra has been successfully developing her interests in the field of climate and energy transition, combining her professional activity with academic work and cooperation with expert organisations in the energy sector.

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Aleksandra gained her professional experience working with renowned Polish law firms specialising in energy law.

Languages: Polish, English, German

Education: Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław (Master of Law, 2021), where she is currently preparing her doctoral thesis.

Membership: Collaboration with the Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies.

Publications: co-author of a diagnostic study for the Energy Strategy of Lower Silesia prepared within the Research Team for Energy Transformation and Green Deal at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław (2020), co-author of the expert report of the Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies entitled „Natural Gas in Energy Transition in Poland” (2020) and numerous scientific and energy industry publications in the field of climate protection and energy law.
