Alexandra specialises in regulatory and contractual issues. She advises on energy projects with a particular focus on renewable energy sources, hydrogen and biomethane.

She supports electric and gas companies in obtaining required decisions, such as grid connections. She participates in photovoltaic (including agroPV) and wind farm (onshore and offshore) projects, as well as in RES project portfolio transactions by conducting due diligence investigations.

She also advises companies from regulated sectors, including the energy, telecommunications and railway industries. She is experienced in battery and waste industry projects.

Aleksandra supports clients in structuring contracts and negotiations related to the energy market. As a member of the ESG team, she assists obliged companies with reporting preparation and provides training on compliance with sustainability standards.

Aleksandra has been also successfully developing her interests in the field of climate and energy transition (e.g. climate protection, decarbonisation), combining her professional activity with academic work and cooperation with expert organisations from the energy sector.

Education: Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. 2021). PhD candidate at the University of Wroclaw

Membership: Collaboration with the Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies

Publications: Author of several academic and sector publications on energy and climate protection law

Co-author of numerous expert publications, including:

  • Reports by the Lower Silesian Institute for Energy Studies “From Natural Gas to Biomethane. Decarbonisation of the Polish gas industry” (2024) and “Natural gas in the energy transition process in Poland” (2020).
  • Diagnostic study on the Energy Strategy of Lower Silesia, prepared within the Research Team for Energy Transformation and Green Deal at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw (2020)
