Sławomir specialises in providing day-to-day tax advice to businesses, in particular to companies in the real estate sector. In his career to date, he has performed numerous reviews, analyses and tax due diligence investigations of real properties and companies, including in real estate transactions. Sławomir has co-authored tax opinions on VAT, PIT, transfer tax and real estate tax. He has also frequently assisted companies in obtaining advance tax rulings and asserting their rights before administrative courts (including the Supreme Administrative Court).
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Sławomir worked with Polish and international law firms, including in Ożóg Tomczykowski, Paczuski Taudul Doradcy Podatkowi and Greenberg Traurig.
