Sławomir Wnuczek

Slawomir specialises in broadly defined tax law with a particular focus on VAT, PIT, CIT and real estate tax. He represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts in tax and customs proceedings.
He performs reviews, analyses and tax due diligence investigations in M&A and real estate transactions, and conducts tax audits as part of real estate tax settlement processes.
He advises companies from the FMCG industry on mitigating the tax risks associated with commercial contracts, as well as on their implementation in the structure of tax ESG regulations, such as the bail-in system or the sugar levy. He also implements compliance procedures covering, inter alia, obligations under the DAC7, MDR and KseF regulations.
Slawomir engages in pro bono activities, supporting various non-governmental organisations, including the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute in Poland.
