Piotr specialises in providing legal advice on civil and banking law to entities from the financial services sector. He has handled matters concerning Swiss franc loans, tenant rents, land classification and de minimis aid. Piotr has many years’ experience in court and administrative enforcement procedures.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Piotr dealt with disputes of financial institutions, in particular concerning foreign currency-linked loan agreements. He also provided ongoing legal advice to companies.
