Paulina Majewska
Advocate, Associate
Paulina is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice.
She specialises in real estate law, having experience in real estate purchase and sale transactions, including legal due diligence.
Paulina advises clients on commercial leases and participates in lease negotiations. In her practice to date, she has also represented clients in court proceedings on matters relating to e.g. contractual claims under leases and construction contracts.
Paulina graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and completed her bar training in 2021. She received an award from the Dean of the Warsaw Bar Association for being one of the leading students in the 2021 bar exam, receiving an “A” grade in commercial law.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Paulina gained professional experience working in renowned Warsaw law firms.
