Patrycja Wakuluk
Associate
Patrycja is an Associate in the Corporate Practice.
She specialises in corporate and transactional advisory, with a particular focus on venture capital / private equity transactions. On many occasions, Patrycja has advised domestic and foreign clients, including VC funds, project founders and business angels on equity investments and exit transactions.
In her previous practice, Patrycja advised on all stages of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions in the form of asset and share deals.
Patrycja has participated in the preparation of letters of intent and due diligence processes, followed by the negotiation and drafting of final documentation reflecting the parties’ business arrangements, including provisions securing their performance. She also provides comprehensive legal services to corporate clients, including VC funds.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Patrycja gained professional experience in renowned Warsaw law firms.

Education: University of Warsaw (Master of Law); 3rd year advocate trainee.
As part of a project of the Scientific Circle of Banking Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Patrycja co-organised the 11th Congress of Banking Law and Financial Technology, which has been one of the most important business and legal events in Poland for many years.
