Olga specialises in dispute resolution in the area of civil law, with a particular focus on press, media, commercial and corporate law.
She supports clients from the media and manufacturing industry in litigation, from the development of the litigation strategy to the representation before courts of all instances.
She is experienced in representing publishers and journalists in cases concerning the violation of personal rights in press materials published in the most opinion-forming media group in Poland.
She is involved in campaigning against strategic lawsuits against public participation (SLAPPs), actively popularising this concept and its associated threats to freedom of expression and the press. She conducts pre-litigation and litigation cases for the publication of press corrigenda.
Olga also advises on the protection of personal rights, image, copyright and industrial property.
