From the beginning of her career, Olga has gained experience in litigation, particularly in the area of civil and commercial law.
Olga is involved in conducting court cases of one of the biggest national banks regarding the so called “Swiss franc loans” and “insurance with low personal contribution”. She also provides ongoing litigation advice to a leading press publisher, including in particular proceedings involving violation of personal rights.
Prior to joining K&P Olga gained experience in a polish law firm specializing in business insurance law.
