Olga Senator
Advocate, Senior Associate
From the beginning of her career Olga Senator has been gaining experience in litigation, particularly in the area of civil and commercial law. She specializes in resolving disputes at each stage of the proceedings.
At Kochański & Partners Olga participates in providing ongoing litigation advice to a leading press publisher, including in particular proceedings involving violation of personal rights, as well as in criminal cases. She also participates in conducting various commercial disputes, including corporate ones. Olga is also involved in conducting court cases of the biggest national banks concerning in particular the so called “Swiss franc loans”.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners Olga gained experience in a polish law firm specializing in business insurance law.
