Natalia is highly experienced in managing complex M&A transactions, multi-dimensional IT and data protection projects for companies from the new technologies sector.

She advises on mergers and acquisitions, share and asset deals, and reorganizations with a particular focus on protecting and securing copyrights and intellectual property in multi-jurisdictional environments.

She specializes in applying AI to business. She develops documentation towards the implementation of AI Governance, including in retail groups and companies from the FMGC industry.

Natalia advises on licensing and implementation agreements for CRM systems, cloud computing and database usage, SLAs for the provision of IT contracts, as well as service, implementation and maintenance agreements.

She supports clients with licensing and implementation agreements for CRM systems, Cloud Computing services and database usage. She also deals with licencing and the process of transferring software copyrights, as well as database transfers and acquisitions. She conducts GDPR audits and implementation projects in international groups of companies.

She is a speaker and author of numerous publications in the areas of artificial intelligence, data protection and M&A. She focuses on their practical aspects, securing implementations of AI systems in business. As part of her ESG activities, she is interested in the impact of artificial intelligence on the environment.

Natalia is a mentor to young managers and is heavily involved in activities that support the widely development of their competencies.

Education: Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun and post-graduate studies in Business Psychology at the National Louis University in Nowy Sacz. She is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Psychology at SWPS University in Poznan.
