Monika specialises in the field of information security, data protection and privacy, cyber security and new technologies law.

She advises on cross-border data transfers (both within groups and third parties), and transactions involving personal data issues. She represents clients in proceedings before the administrative authorities (e.g. the Personal Data Protection Office), as well as in administrative court proceedings.

She advises on projects covering the implementation of regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the National Cyber Security System Act (UKSC) and the Data Act, among others.

She also supports clients with the implementation of information security best practices (and certifications) including the international ISO 27000 series standards. Monika acts as a Data Protection Officer for clients, including for large corporate groups.

Her clients include companies mainly from the financial, IT, FMCG and energy sectors.
