Monika advises on personal data security and protection in all types of industries and enterprises. Her experience includes numerous audits and implementations of necessary internal documentation on personal data protection, compliance and corporate security – both in large groups of companies and smaller enterprises.
She also negotiates and reviews personal data protection agreements and contracts.Monika’s specialist experience also includes providing legal advice on information security (including that based on ISO 27000 ies of standards) and cybersecurity.
She gained her professional experience in Polish law firms and while working as an in-house lawyer in a company of an electricity operator’s group.
