MDR – summary of deadlines and obligations
Pursuant to the MDR Regulation, tax scheme re-reporting deadlines have been extended:
- for promoters – until 31 December 2020;
- for beneficiaries – until 31 January 2021;
- for supporters – until 28 February 2021.
The MDR Regulation has also extended MDR-3 and MDR-4 reporting deadlines.
