Marcin is responsible for business support, real estate, fleet, supply chain and procurement management, including comprehensive day-to-day office management, cost optimisation and the identification of savings opportunities in all related expense categories.

Marcin gained his professional experience at Infosys Polska as a business transformation services consultant in finance, procurement, IT, database management and HR, whilst assisting more than 70 clients globally. He was involved in the transfer of over 400 employees from more than a dozen European countries to a single shared service centre in Poland and subsequently, at Nordea Bank AB, managed a portfolio of over 40,000 sqm net of A / A+ grade office space in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź and Tallinn, including coordinating the modernisation and construction of new office space from shell to final fit-out.  At Uniqa Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A., he managed the business support and procurement department for the Warsaw head office and the Łódź service centre, as well as across 16 branches in Poland, and was a member of the project team responsible for the merger of Uniqa and AXA in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Marcin has also been involved in the organisation of mass events, including as a project manager of the Poland Business Run.
