Marcin Bęben

Marcin is responsible for the strategic development of the Firm and individual Sector Practices, as well as product sales and marketing support.

He specializes in comprehensive management of business development and B2B consulting, investor relations and project management in the field of legal and tax consulting.

Marcin has sourced and participated in the implementation of many complex projects in the following areas: corporate, tax exemptions and reliefs, M&A, environmental, competition and consumer law, tax proceedings and audits, MDR, transfer pricing, etc.

Marcin gained his professional experience in international and Polish consulting firms and corporations in the financial and FMCG sectors. During his career, he has been associated with a leading international law and tax firm, where he managed the regional office and was also responsible for business development. Marcin also worked in the Big Four firms, where he was responsible for implementing business development activities and developing regional offices in the field of integrated legal and tax services. He also worked for the Polish Foreign Investment Agency (PAIZ), where he assisted in attracting and developing foreign investments in Poland.
