Magdalena specialises in corporate law, in particular in providing commercial companies with day-to-day legal advice.
She supports clients in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, executing changes to corporate bodies and modifying corporate agreements, preparing and conducting shareholders’ meetings, as well as other corporate governance activities.
In addition, Magdalena is experienced in construction law. She advises on investment processes at every stage of their implementation – from analysing the legal status of real estate and obtaining administrative decisions, through preparing and negotiating contracts, including contracts for general execution, design, supervision, supply of materials, etc., to the investment approval and potential disputes related to the implementation of works.
