Lidia’s main area of practice covers various aspects of civil and insurance law. In her professional career, she has mainly dealt with the enforcement of claims arising from motor vehicle damage and copyright. Lidia has represented banks in CHF mortgage disputes and private clients in disputes arising from the infringement of personal interests at all stages of the proceedings.
Lidia is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warmia and Mazury, and was admitted to the bar in 2018. She gained her professional experience in the litigation departments of Warsaw law firms, where she primarily focused on CHF mortgage cases and pursued claims arising from the infringement of personal interests at every stage of the proceedings. Lidia has also worked in the corporate department of an oil company.
