Krzysztof is an Associate in the Disputes of Financial Institutions practice.

He specialises in substantive civil law, banking law, consumer law and litigation, with a particular focus on disputes relating to foreign currency loans. He also has knowledge and experience in commercial disputes, corporate disputes, administrative law, commercial company law and migration law.

Krzysztof has participated in numerous projects related to the introduction of foreign companies to the Polish market. These projects concerned the relocation of Ukrainian companies to Poland after 24 February 2022 and the implementation of corporate changes in companies. He has also participated in court cases and proceedings concerning the legalisation of the stay and work of foreigners in Poland.

As a member of the Disputes of Financial Institutions team, Krzysztof represents banks in proceedings related to foreign currency loans.

Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Krzysztof gained experience in one of the law firms in Cracow, where he provided services to Polish and foreign companies.
