Katarzyna specialises in civil law and dispute resolution at all stages of the procedure. She is involved in handling litigation cases of Polish banks concerning disputes arising from foreign currency related agreements, in particular Swiss franc loans and low down payment insurance.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Katarzyna worked with Polish law firms specialising in providing legal services to business entities in the field of civil and labour law, and also dealt with cases related to life insurance contracts with an insurance capital fund.
