Karolina Gęsina

Karolina is a member of the Litigation team at Kochański & Partners.

Within the scope of her practice, she deals with a wide range of substantive and procedural civil law issues.

Karolina has extensive experience gained in Warsaw law firms. She has provided legal assistance to developers and real estate agents in both contractual and procedural matters, and has dealt with the protection of personal rights and copyrights.

She has also provided a wide range of services to a construction company and participated in commercial litigations concerning claims arising from construction contracts and in corporate disputes.

Karolina is a two-time finalist of the national competition for trainee attorneys-at-law and advocates entitled: “Construction disputes in the case law of the Supreme Court”.
