Kamila Jachnik-Czarnecka

Kamila is a Senior Associate in the Energy, Infrastructure & Environment practice.
She specialises in providing legal services for infrastructure and environmental projects and her main areas of practice are broadly defined construction, administrative and environmental law. Kamila provides comprehensive legal services to clients at every stage of the investment process: from the planning and preparation of an investment, through negotiations with the client’s counterparties, to providing comprehensive support during the investment process, including obtaining all approvals and administrative decisions.
As part of her specialisation, Kamila also deals with the management of claims arising during the investment process.
Kamila’s experience also includes legal due diligence of real estate and providing comprehensive services in the investment and construction process for clients in the multi-family housing segment. She drafts and negotiates construction and other contracts for the implementation of investments, including public-private partnership contracts and contracts prepared on the basis of FIDIC forms.
Prior to joining Kochański & Partners, Kamila gained professional experience in renowned Polish law firms and working as a holder of a commercial power of attorney in one of the largest real estate development companies in Poland.
